Abstract

The aim of this study is focused on preparation of tin oxide doped with polyporrole multilayer thick film by using base as a alumina substrates. The structural and morphological properties reported, XRD patterns show nanocrystalline form with desired peaks of composites and SEM study reveals that the grain size of nanometer order and shows nano- porous structure, which leads to exhibit large surface area, stability and highest response to gas and found (92SnO2:8 PPy) sensor multilayer thick film as optimised sensors

Keywords: Tin oxide; polyporrole; multilayer thick films; XRD; SEM
